Credit bundles

Bundle contents and prices may change. The Shop inside the game is the live source of truth — what you see in this list is what you'll see at checkout.

What Credits are for

Credits are the optional premium in-game currency in Last Control. They can be used for cosmetic items, base and worker customisation, account services (such as renames), convenience features, and time-limited event passes.

Credits cannot be exchanged for real-world currency, transferred between accounts, or withdrawn. Credits do not expire while your account is active. See our Terms of Use for the full virtual-items clause.

How to purchase

Credits are purchased from inside Last Control after creating a free account and signing in. To make a purchase:

1. Create a free account (takes about 30 seconds).
2. Sign in and open the in-game Shop from the account menu.
3. Select a bundle and complete checkout.
4. Credits are credited to your account immediately.

We don't sell directly from this page because Credits are tied to a specific in-game account, and we want to make sure they're credited to the right place. The prices and bundle contents shown above are exactly what you'll see in the in-game Shop.

Payment, delivery, and support

Payment methods accepted at checkout: PayPal (with the buyer-protection coverage that comes with it), credit and debit cards via PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

Delivery: every purchase enters an awaiting acceptance state in your in-game shop. Your payment is captured by the payment provider, but the Credits are not credited to your account until you click Claim credits in the shop. You have 14 days to claim them or to request a refund (see below). If you take no action within 14 days, the Credits are claimed automatically.

Currency: all prices listed in US dollars (USD). Your card issuer may charge a foreign-exchange fee depending on your home currency.

Taxes: applicable VAT and sales taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on your billing country.

Customer support: email info@last-control.com for any purchase, refund, or technical issue. We respond within one business day.

Refunds — 14-day claim window

Every Credit bundle has a 14-day refund window until you claim the Credits. During the window the in-game shop shows the purchase as awaiting acceptance with two buttons:

• Claim credits — Credits are credited to your account immediately and the purchase becomes non-refundable.
• Request refund — we return the full purchase amount to your original payment method.
